#25: Nicolas Cage and Alice Kim

Do you ever get the sense that some celebrities take the idea of marriage as somewhat of a joke? You hear so many different stories of how they enter different relationships frequently and even marry them on a whim. It almost feels like the sanctity of marriage is a strong value in their lives.

Nicolas Cage has been married 5 different times, and one of those marriages only lasted 4 days. Alice Kim and Nicolas Cage met at a sushi restaurant where Kim was a waitress. When the pair first met, Kim wasn’t of legal age and shared a 20-year age difference. The couple married in 2004 and were divorced in 2016 and share one son… Not too bad for someone like Nicolas Cage.
