Take the Phone Call

Sometimes, things happen for a reason – random, mundane things that we wouldn’t think twice about under normal circumstances, like a phone call or a text or running into someone you know. But sometimes, drunk drivers crash into parked cars, and a decision to answer a phone call is what keeps you safe and your kid safe.

For this parent that was leaving the house with their 4-year-old son, stopping for just a minute to answer a phone call meant that they weren’t putting their son into their street-parked car when a drunk driver crashed into it and sent it flying 100 feet down the road.
