While working on an ABC News project in Ngorongoro, Arusha, Tanzania, Instagrammer @ferdigrapher used a drone to explore local wildlife. A curious elephant caught on camera seemed fascinated by the airborne device, earning the snap ‘Hello Mr. Elephant.’

@ferdigrapher used a DJI Inspire ONE X5R, a compact yet professional drone, to photograph the intrigued elephant. Despite its unexpected visitor, the elephant displayed no fear, possibly mistaking the drone for an odd bird or a giant insect.
