Having a friendly, nondiscriminatory office is mandatory for efficient working and a hostile-free environment. Making sure no one is picked on, bullied, or harassed is crucial for any workspace. This is why departments like human resources exist, to make sure the employees are being respectful of each other. Sometimes, the boss has to intervene with sensitive matters like these.

While Michael was teased for falling into the koi pond, this boss was teased for the color of their hair. However, it seems like the boss was never being picked on in the first place; they just called the meeting for no reason, which was probably triggered by their own insecurities. We all have our insecurities, but calling a company-wide meeting isn’t the right way to deal with that.
