#36: Ill-Prepared

As a boss, it’s important to be prepared. The boss sets an example for their employees and is supposed to help them with their work. Being on top of everything is one of the most important tasks of any boss of any company, as they need to oversee anything and everything that’s going on in the workplace.

Being mysterious is one thing, but not doing work is a completely different thing. Having an assistant doing all the work is just cruel. No one knew what this boss was up to; they just knew whatever he was doing was not his job. This boss might’ve been channeling Batman rather than Michael Scott, although Batman actually gets things done.
