Working in a religious field is a bit different than working in other types of office settings. Employees that work in a religious field usually follow their God rather than a boss in particular. This can lead to some sticky situations, both morally and ethically, so it’s important that the employees communicate with each other respectfully.

Working in a religious field can be a slippery slope, as we see in this story. This boss used God as a way to gaslight his employees and always have things his way. He was also using his position to scam people who needed help. Not exactly ethical (or legal.)
