#32: Yikes

As a boss, you’re expected to treat all employees with respect, and that includes knowing their names. While the UPS delivery man isn’t technically an employee of the company, he is still someone who visits the office on a regular basis, and he deserves the same amount of respect as everyone else.

This one is just the word “yikes.” The boss didn’t want to learn the delivery man’s name, so he called him a stereotypical name. This gives us major Michael Scott vibes, and not in a good way! It’s Just plain racist and disrespectful. It’s one thing to be called the wrong name, and it’s another thing to be called a name that’s a stereotype.
