#27: Heavy Snooping

As a boss, it’s important to keep tabs on your employees. You need to make sure they’re on task and using the company’s time and resources correctly. There is a limit to that, however, as employees have a life outside of work. It’s important to respect boundaries while still keeping a watchful eye. Hey, no one ever said it was easy.

Paranoia personified this boss, as he hired someone to track his employees in order to make sure his wife was loyal. He even went so far as to scold an employee for simply hugging his wife. Talk about insecurity. Good thing the #2 didn’t try to steal his job; that would be intense.
