#26: Ego Maniac

It’s important to respect your bosses, no matter how much you may dislike them. They run the workplace, call the big shots, and, most importantly, handle your paycheck. Even if the boss in question isn’t exactly fit for the position, they are the boss, so it’s usually in your best interest to treat them kindly.

Some bosses simply want to feel like, well, a boss. This boss was addicted to flattery and compliments to the point where she’d only give time off to those who would kiss up to her. She even made this employee work weekends until they started to kiss up to her. That’s harsh and illegal!
