You might remember when you first discovered online gaming. It’s fun, easy to get sucked into, and it’s a great way to waste time. That being said, online gaming should be done in your free time, not during work, and especially not when your employees might need you. There’s a time and place for everything.

Everyone loves a good online game every now and again, but it’s also important to set boundaries and know when you’ve gone too far. When it interferes with your job, that’s a sign you’ve gone too far. This boss had a serious gambling addiction, not only gambling during his work hours but making his employees do his work for him.
