#16: Mr. Intimidating

Applying for a job is always nerve-wracking. Even if it’s simply turning in a resume, no one likes to be rejected. We’ve all been there before, and we all know how stressful it is to be on a job hunt, so it’s polite to be courteous of people’s time and keep an open mind about their background.

Hiring new employees is one of the boss’s most important tasks. Making sure they find the right person who is not only qualified but will be around for the long haul is crucial. Making fun of their resumes aloud is not necessary whatsoever. Not only that, but it distracts the current employee’s from doing their jobs and might make them feel self-conscious.
