#15: Surprise!
Surprises are often a hit-or-miss with people. Some people like them because they’re thoughtful and unexpected. Other people dislike surprises for the same reasons. It’s important to respect people’s preferences and boundaries when planning surprises and other fun events. It’s also important to take note of time and place.

As a boss, it’s in their best interest to be on everyone’s good side. However, this boss was overdoing it by a long shot. He tried being uplifting and encouraging to his employees, although it’s hard to feel encouraged and motivated when your pay is less than significant. And, no, payment in songs does not count.
