#13: The Whole Package
No one ever said being a boss was easy. Being both authoritative and likable is not an easy task, and it takes a special kind of person to balance the two. Not everyone can be a boss; some people are simply born to be a leader and have the “it” factor to guide others to success.

This boss took every page out of the Michael Scott managing book. First, he tried to host his very own Dundee awards, which failed. Then, he made a racist remark at a baby shower. After that, he tried using fancy words around work and ended up being incorrect. Finally, he had no idea what Black Friday – the biggest day in the sales world – meant.
