In the summer of 1988, the small community of Browntown, South Carolina, was thrust into the spotlight with reports of a bizarre entity, dubbed the ‘Lizard Man.’ Witnesses described a seven-foot-tall being with glowing red eyes and phenomenal strength, capable of mauling vehicles.

Despite investigations, the enigma endures, with sightings reported up until 2015, maintaining its place in local legend. Who knows if this phenomenon is actually real, but seeing as there have been many eyewitness testimonies, it’s hard to refute its existence.
