#8: Changing Presidential Tradition
Upon moving to Washington, D.C., Barron Trump enrolled at St. Andrew’s Episcopal School in Potomac, Maryland. This marked a departure from tradition, as most presidential children had previously attended Sidwell Friends School.

Melania and Donald Trump chose St. Andrew’s because of its strong emphasis on individual learning styles and advanced technology integration. The school also offered a quieter, less politically affiliated environment. Barron became the first presidential child to attend the school, which took extra security precautions due to his high-profile status.
