Chef Daniel Sheridan was on a mission for his Wilmington Pickling Company when he stumbled upon a spot near Little Italy. This encounter sparked the inception of Locale BBQ Post, blending his pickle passion with a fresh venture.

Uniting with Mike Gallucio and Justin Mason, Sheridan birthed a unique BBQ experience. Using cherry wood for that exquisite smokiness, their menu boasts a mix of brisket, pork, bratwurst, chicken, ribs, and delectable buns savored in two distinct styles.
