A playground, poorly understood by its adult designers, revealed its flaws when children reached the slides’ apex. One slide was entirely blocked, while the remaining offered minimal passage, highlighting a disconnect between design and user needs.

Interestingly, it’s less hazardous for the slides to be obstructed at the top than at the bottom. Despite adult intentions, the wear marks on the slides signify children’s resilience and their determination to enjoy, navigating around the obstacles.
