#43: Event Staff Confessions

If you’ve never worked a service job, we’re here to tell you something: event staff is always eavesdropping. Always. They may not look like they’re listening in on private conversations, but we can promise you they are. A former employee at a wedding venue has overheard and witnessed some hot gossip over the years, and they went to Reddit to share some of the most glaring red flags they experienced. 

They’ve overheard so many pre-wedding confessions and sentiments that made them wonder why the couples were even getting married. They have also witnessed really heartbreaking weddings where one partner is really excited and the other seems miserable. It’s always interesting how much an outsider can accurately observe about a relationship.
