#26: Palm, Meet Face

While this one is less about hearing and more about needing that extra cup of coffee, it’s still one of those mishaps that will haunt Shana for life. In her defense, there are quite a few universities with names that don’t make sense, like the California University of Pennsylvania, located in California, Pennsylvania, and the University of Rio Grande, which happens to be in Ohio.

Transylvania University (yes, it exists) is located in Kentucky, of all places, and Pittsburgh State is in Kansas. So, you see, she had a valid question. Sadly, the CEO probably doesn’t agree with that assessment and wasn’t impressed with the new employee. Let’s all hope they laughed it off and went on with their day.
