#14: A Cat Works, Too

I’m still confused, honestly. Louie’s response makes zero sense and the security guard plowing on without clarification is… odd. You’d think he would stop and say, “Wait, what?” He’s also not wrong. Cats keep your head and ears warm when they decide their current seat space is the top of your head.

I wonder if this was one of Louie’s late-night, almost asleep realizations. I know I replay conversations in my head years later while trying to sleep, so I can only assume the eventual realization happened, and then a sound sleep followed afterward. Mystery solved!
