I don’t know whether I’m laughing harder over the misunderstanding than I am because James immediately assumed that safety boots don’t come in non-leather varieties. Does he think vegans can’t work in factories? Rest assured, vegans of the world, you can acquire safety boots without giving into animal consumption.

I’m glad James got those hearing aids, though. He needed them. At first, I assumed it was a loud factory, but this can’t have been the first or last time he misheard someone if he went and saw a doctor about the issue less than a month later. Also, good luck to John in his new endeavor!
