#51: A Supportive Friend

This list makes us think too many women find out they are pregnant by chance. This woman was all there for the support, and the tides turn quicker than you can even fathom! I’m very glad she went with a good friend, though, as everyone needs that hand to hold the moment you find out something like that – especially when you didn’t even suspect a thing.

It took my husband two weeks of non-stop throwing up and finally looking at me and joking I might be pregnant for me to figure it out. He got the first twelve weeks of morning sickness, and I got the cankles. I still remember looking at him like he was crazy and then going, “oh my god.” Either way, it’s a good thing she found out.
