#34: Not Cool

This is why we have websites like GlassDoor, Indeed, Vault, CareerBliss, Kununu, JobAdvisor, RateMyEmployer, TheJobCrowd, and more (the list goes on). Employers think they can demand action and then drop an employee for no other reason than “a different direction.” It’s beyond frustrating, as Nina went above and beyond to do what her employer needed.

Be sure to not only tweet these stories but rate the businesses on the sites I mentioned above. It’s always good to have a heads up when you’re in the job market, so you don’t end up in a nightmare. Nina is still in LA nearly a year later, so here’s to hoping that karma picked her up and set her on an incredible path.
