Strange animals have a habit of invading people’s homes, from unwanted mice to creepy reptiles and even raccoons. While they’re usually very sneaky about it, and it can take months for us to find out an unwanted guest has invaded our houses, this raccoon seems to be open about his living arrangements.

When these people saw their gutters had been invaded by a raccoon, friendly as he might seem, well, we don’t really know what they did about it, but considering charging him for rent isn’t a bad idea. Although we don’t think he’d be able to pay them anything other than peanuts, berries and scratches.
