Are You Going to Finish That?

I can’t decide what’s worse: this 25-year-old guy bringing his parents along on his date or his mother asking her son’s date if she finished her food so that she could wrap up the leftovers to take home. There’s nothing wrong with taking from a doggy bag after a date, especially when you have a lot of food left. When your mother does it for you, it’s a whole other story.

It doesn’t even matter if he’s the greatest guy in the world; something like this can definitely put a damper on a date. And what’s with bringing his parents along? I’ve never heard of anything like that – a guy who brings his parents on a date. I mean, it happens when you’re 10 years old and you’re going on your first date ever, but not when you’re an adult.
