#4: Early Modeling Gigs

Before becoming a recognized actress, Amber got her foot in the door of the entertainment world through modeling. She started in New York City, doing shoots for catalogs and small magazines while navigating the competitive and often superficial fashion industry.

Though it helped pay the bills, she found modeling unfulfilling. She has said it felt like “selling something that didn’t matter,” pushing her even harder to pursue acting. However, the discipline and camera presence she developed later would serve her well.
