44. Eddie

Eddie brings us back to Film Noir detective movies again, the name of a disgraced beat cop who is down on his luck and melancholy and alone in life. He’s a pretty heavy chain-smoker, but who wasn’t back then? A smoke with a few shots of whiskey are the perfect way to end a day, especially when living in dark and rainy L.A.

Eddie has some unusual fashion, liking to wear fedoras and seeming to always be waiting for the moment in life things really start to change for him. Hopefully his next case won’t be his undoing as often is the case in detective films.
