Lady Tremaine, the wicked stepmother in Disney’s Cinderella, is known for her elegant yet malevolent character. With her regal attire, powdered wigs, and piercing eyes, Lady Tremaine embodies the archetype of a classic Disney villain. Her character was inspired by actress Eleanor Audley, who also provided the voice for Maleficent in Sleeping Beauty.

Lady Tremaine is notorious for her cruelty towards Cinderella, her stepdaughter, and her two equally unpleasant daughters, Anastasia and Drizella. Her calculated schemes to thwart Cinderella’s dreams and maintain her own social status make her one of Disney’s most iconic and detestable antagonists.
