When your tea gets cold this quickly, it’s usually a sign to turn up or turn on the heat. Even then, the chill seems to be in everything, much to our chagrin. It’s a shame, really, that our cozy beverages betray us in mere minutes, turning from a volcanic brew to something that would barely pass for tepid bathwater.

And there we sit, wrapped in layers, wondering if our tea went cold or if time just froze over.
