15. Eating Too Many of Those Christmas Cookies
Ah yep, those wonderful Christmas treats make it hard to watch your weight during the season. It’s like everyone’s getting all sorts of gifts, but me? I’m just here collecting calories like they’re limited edition stamps. Suddenly, my waistline is more ‘ho-ho-ho’ than ‘ha-ha-ha.’ And the scale?

That traitor might as well just laugh when I step on it. It’s so unfair, right? There’s an unwritten rule that calories consumed during the holidays should magically disappear by January. But alas, they stick around, much like the in-laws. It’s the time of year when your sweaters get snugger, and your cat starts looking at you with a judgmental glint in its eye.
