No Judgment Here

I don’t have any children of my own, and as such, I make a point of trying really hard not to tell the people in my life how they should raise their own kids. That doesn’t mean I don’t have opinions—I love having opinions about what other people should do—I just keep them to myself.

Because even just babysitting small children for a few hours sometimes leaves me so baffled and overwhelmed that I would unquestioningly break every child-rearing rule I’ve ever heard. I can only imagine what living with children full-time would do to a person’s principles.
