Several important questions here: are those real signs or a Photoshop job? If they are real, where are those posted, and where can I get some of my own? As a lifelong fan of The X-Files, this is exactly the sort of nonsense that I would love to put up in my own house.

And most importantly, had the person who posted those signs ever seen the movie Cowboys & Aliens, and did it occur to him that his flying saucer was giving off major cowboy hat vibes? Or perhaps was the movie Cowboys & Aliens inspired by these signs?
