Queen Bey

Time for another apparently shocking confession from yours truly: I don’t listen to Beyoncé. I have nothing against her; every time I hear one of her songs I think, “Hey, that was pretty good,” and then I move on with my life and never seek out that song again. She just happens not to sing a genre of music that I happen to enjoy listening to.

And sometimes, I feel like that makes me some kind of crazy person, given how much everyone seems to love her music. So I feel really seen by the guy in this tweet; it’s nice to know that I’m not the only person not listening to Beyoncé. It’s always nice to know you’re not alone in your weirdness, right?
