Battle of the Social Media Platforms

Full confession time: I spend more time than I should on Reddit’s AITA forum. If you’re not familiar, this is where people post situations from their own lives and ask strangers on the Internet to cast their votes on who is really at fault here.

And it is beyond ridiculous. I would estimate that 60-70% of the stories there are made-up, and the other 30-40% are exaggerated. People post stories where they are obviously in the right or obviously in the wrong, but either way, they come off sounding ridiculous. I’m mad at myself every time I start reading there, and yet I do it a few times a month. It’s rather shameful.
