#33: The George IV State Diadem
Worn by: Queen Elizabeth II
Owned since: 1821
Estimated value: $600,000*
Some things just never go out of style, like the George IV State Diadem. It was made just for King George IV’s big day back in 1821. This headpiece is a real gem, with over 1,333 diamonds twinkling in it, plus two lines of pearls.

It’s been passed down through the royal family, finally landing on Queen Elizabeth II’s head for her coronation. She still brought it out every year for the State Opening of Parliament. Liz didn’t wear it every day, though. It’s a bit heavy, and she’s had plenty of other jewels to choose from!
