#24: The Cartier Halo Scroll Tiara
Worn by: Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge
Owned since: 1936
Estimated value: $1.6 million*
The Cartier Halo Scroll Tiara is one of the fanciest tiaras in the Windsor collection, with a whopping 149 baguette-cut diamonds! Kate Middleton wore it for her wedding in 2011, but it was originally made for the Queen Mother by Cartier in 1936.

King George VI wanted his wife, the Queen Mother, to have something really special, so Cartier made this amazing tiara for her. In 1944, she passed it down to her daughter, Queen Elizabeth II, who lent it to Kate for her wedding. Experts figure it’s worth about $1.6 million!
